DAVID DOMINIC ROZZI It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Dominic Rozzi on August 24, 2008 in Vancouver, BC at the age of 39. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Jeannine Rozzi, his twin brother Marc Rozzi (Michelle) and sisters, Margaret (Jeff Hughes) and Stephanie. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Pasquale Rozzi, in 1995. David was born July 20, 1969, in Montreal, five minutes ahead of his brother. He lived in Winnipeg for most of his life and spent the majority of his summers at Victoria Beach. He graduated from St. Paul's High School in 1987 and later obtained a degree from BCIT. No memory of David is complete without thinking of his incredible sense of humour and how much he made us laugh. One of his greatest joys was hanging out and being an incredible uncle, not only to his own nieces and nephews but to all kids. He was also an enthusiastic volunteer with Special Olympic athletes. Even though David spent a number of years living in Vancouver and most recently in Calgary, his loyalty and love for his family, friends and home never wavered. WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Ave., in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to the Special Olympics (specialolympics.mb.ca). Love ya, man.
